These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "you") and mas77 ("the Platform", "mas77", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or accessing any product offered on the mas77 platform — including the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), Keno, and Sic Bo — you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full and agree to be bound by its terms.

mas77 reserves the right to update or amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

To register and maintain an Account on the mas77 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. mas77 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products and services. Creating an account on behalf of a minor, or allowing a minor to use your account, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent termination of the account and forfeiture of all funds therein.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the platform from within Indonesia or another jurisdiction where your use of the platform is lawful.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent by a court of law are ineligible to register.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the mas77 platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a serious violation of this Agreement and will result in permanent bans and forfeiture of all balances across all associated accounts.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion period or cooling-off period imposed through the mas77 Responsible Gaming tools or any equivalent restriction applied by mas77's support team.
• Prohibited Jurisdictions: You must not be a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where access to online gaming platforms is explicitly prohibited by statute or regulatory order.

To access mas77's services, you are required to complete the account registration process truthfully and in full. All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number — must be accurate and current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. mas77 will never ask you to share your password by email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted under your account credentials — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified mas77 of unauthorized access.

• Username: Usernames must not impersonate another person, contain offensive language, or replicate another Member's username. mas77 reserves the right to require a username change at its discretion.
• Password Security: You are strongly advised to use a unique, complex password for your mas77 account and to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings.
• Account Updates: You must promptly update your account information if any registered details change. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges pending re-verification.
• KYC Verification: mas77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (KTP or passport), proof of address, and payment method verification. Accounts that do not complete KYC within the specified timeframe may have withdrawal access suspended until verification is complete.
• Account Ownership: Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account or any funds within it to any third party.

All financial transactions on the mas77 platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). mas77 does not charge currency conversion fees; your account balance is held and displayed in IDR at all times.

Accepted Deposit Methods currently include:

• Bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata
• E-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja

Deposits are typically credited to your account balance in real time. mas77 does not guarantee processing times for deposits affected by third-party banking system delays, scheduled bank maintenance windows, or Force Majeure events. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. mas77 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time with notice.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been registered and verified under the same name as your mas77 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• You must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal request will be processed. Accounts pending verification may have withdrawals held until the review is complete.
• Any Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — are eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw Bonus funds before completing wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.
• mas77 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five minutes under standard operating conditions. This target is not a guarantee; processing times may vary during periods of high transaction volume, scheduled maintenance, or KYC review.
• mas77 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal deemed unusual in amount or pattern, as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

mas77 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback credits, free spin allocations, and seasonal promotional offers tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which supplement and form part of this Agreement.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Members who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each promotion. Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is limited to one claim per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated as "no-wagering", all Bonus funds are subject to a minimum Wagering Requirement before becoming withdrawable. The applicable multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Bets placed on games excluded from wagering contribution do not count toward the requirement.
• Bonus Expiry: All Bonuses have a validity period as stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonuses not activated or wagering requirements not fulfilled within this period will result in automatic forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.
• Abuse Prevention: mas77 employs automated and manual systems to detect Bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering patterns designed to exploit wagering requirements, multi-accounting, use of arbitrage betting strategies with Bonus funds, and collusion. Any account found to have abused a promotion will have the Bonus and all associated winnings forfeited, and may be subject to further restrictions.
• Modification or Withdrawal: mas77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to Members who have commenced meeting a promotion's wagering requirements in good faith.

Each game category on the mas77 platform — including the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, togel, Keno, and Sic Bo — is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the respective game interface or product section. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules. The following general gameplay terms apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. mas77 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse a placed bet except in cases of documented technical error attributable to the platform.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that interrupts a game round, mas77 will investigate the incident and, at its sole discretion, either void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Member's account, or — where the game outcome can be reliably determined from server logs — settle the round at the determined outcome.
• Odds and payout tables published on the platform represent the prevailing rates at the time a bet is placed. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation; the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the binding rates for the placed bet.
• mas77 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error — including at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a platform display error — with the wagered amount returned to the Member's account.
• Sportsbook markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for Indonesian football, FIFA, BWF for badminton). In the event of a result dispute, mas77's decision — made after review of official sources — is final.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mas77 platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in doing so, for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions or claiming multiple promotional benefits.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI tools, or any other mechanism that interacts with the platform in a non-human manner without explicit written authorization from mas77.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Members who discover such vulnerabilities are obligated to report them to [email protected] immediately rather than exploit them.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption in relation to events offered on the mas77 sportsbook.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds or processing funds of criminal origin through the platform wallet.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members, platform employees, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party, or allowing a third party to operate your account on your behalf.
• Using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking services to circumvent geo-restrictions or to appear to be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction other than your actual location.
• Engaging in harassment, threatening behavior, hate speech, or abusive communication directed at mas77 employees or other platform users through any support or communication channel.

mas77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of this Agreement has occurred or is occurring. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to: violation of eligibility requirements, failure to complete KYC, evidence of fraudulent activity, Bonus abuse, prohibited conduct as described in Section 7, or receipt of a court order or regulatory instruction requiring account action.

Upon termination of an account for cause, mas77 reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus balances and any winnings derived from Bonus funds. Real-money deposits not subject to active Wagering Requirements will be returned to the Member's verified payment method after the investigation is concluded, unless the funds are subject to an AML hold or court order.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting the mas77 support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closures will be processed within five business days, and any eligible remaining balance will be returned to the Member's verified withdrawal method.

All content on the mas77 platform — including but not limited to the mas77 brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, game graphics, text, software code, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of mas77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the mas77 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities in accordance with this Agreement. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any platform software; use mas77 branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent; or scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by mas77 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available at mas77.onl/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

mas77 collects personal data necessary to operate the platform, verify identities, process payments, detect fraud, and comply with legal obligations. mas77 does not sell Member personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, KYC service providers, and regulatory authorities where legally required.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mas77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, technical malfunctions, unauthorized access to your account, or any other losses arising from circumstances beyond mas77's reasonable control.

mas77's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement — regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• mas77 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• mas77 is not responsible for any losses arising from a Member's reliance on information published on third-party websites or from the use of third-party payment services.
• Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits mas77's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

mas77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all platform products. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, not a source of income or a means to resolve financial difficulties. The following provisions form part of mas77's Responsible Gaming obligations:

• Age Verification: mas77 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years. KYC verification is mandatory for all withdrawals and may be requested at any stage of account use.
• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately; a deposit limit increase is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Members may set loss limits to cap the total amount they are prepared to lose within a defined period. Loss limits are applied platform-wide across all game categories.
• Session Time Controls: Members may configure session time reminders and mandatory logout intervals through their account settings to help manage time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel their gambling is becoming problematic may apply for a self-exclusion period — ranging from 30 days to permanent — by contacting the mas77 support team at [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, the account is suspended and the Member is unable to login, deposit, or place bets.

mas77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, mas77 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify Members by email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after the updated terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

If you do not agree to any amendment to this Agreement, you must cease using the platform and request account closure by contacting [email protected] before the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the platform past the effective date constitutes full acceptance of the amended terms.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which mas77 holds its operating license. The platform's international operating license provides the legal framework under which all disputes are assessed and resolved.

In the event of a dispute between mas77 and a Member, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation via the mas77 support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notification, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body specified by mas77's licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents mas77 from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or platform integrity pending the outcome of arbitration.
